Casting simulation is a tool used in APe QAS to further secure the process before start of production. Casting simulation allows us to simulate the location and size of feeders, solidification and flow of melt with great accuracy. The high reliability of the casting simulation allows us to make decisions regarding the design and preparation based on the results. Any deficiency of weakness that can be detected before the production of the samples means a saving of time and resources. Casting simulation can also be used to validate and introduce changes to the structure of mature products.
